Whether you make your tracks on the 14.5 km high-altitude trail, which is just a stone's throw from the hotel, or climb up to the Weißkugel step by step, the 3,000 metre peaks will accompany you every metre of the way. The cross-country ski trail starts just a few metres from the hotel, as do the most beautiful ski tours in South Tyrol. These include some of the most beautiful ski tours in the Eastern Alps, such as the Weißkugel (3,739 m) or the Weißseespitze (3,532 m). Suitable ski touring equipment and Ortovox safety sets can be hired directly at the Langtaufererhof.
