The Kleinwalsertal offers a network of cross-country ski trails stretching some 50 kilometres, with a wide variety of route profiles. The valley’s three trails are spread around Riezlern, Hirschegg, Mittelberg and Baad, and differ in terms of length, technique and difficulty. Flatter sections are ideal for first attempts at cross-country skiing and leisurely laps, whilst routes with ascents and descents offer a varied sporting experience. Depending on the trail, classic cross-country skiing, skating or both are possible.
