49. Cross-country skiing Dobbiaco-Cortina

On the weekend of 17 and 18 January 2026, the Granfondo Dobbiaco-Cortina will celebrate its 49th edition - a traditional cross-country ski race that has lost none of its fascination.

This popular event is one of the classics on the international ski marathon calendar. With its fantastic route through the snow-covered winter landscape of the Dolomites, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, it delights amateur runners and professionals alike year after year. From Alta Pusteria to the imposing peaks around Cortina d'Ampezzo, participants experience a sporting challenge amidst a unique natural backdrop.

In 2026, the race will once again rely on its tried-and-tested format: the race starts at the historic military airfield in Dobbiaco, from where the trail winds its way towards Fiames near Cortina d'Ampezzo - with the impressive Pomagagnon massif always in view.
