The Tannheimer Valley combines a wide range of sporting activities with stunning natural scenery: 14 classic cross-country trails and 13 skating routes wind their way beneath the peaks of the Allgäu Alps, through snow-covered valleys and past mountain lakes. From a total of 104 kilometres of easy cross-country trails for beginners and leisure skiers to more challenging sections within the 140-kilometre network, there’s something for every level. The two snow-covered trails extend your cross-country skiing season in the Tannheimer Valley regardless of the weather – and on the evening loop and the night trail in Nesselwängle, you can extend your cross-country skiing day until 8 pm.

The quality of the cross-country trails in the region has received multiple awards: with the Tyrolean Cross-Country Trail Seal of Quality, the Tannheimer Valley stands for perfectly groomed trails and reliable infrastructure.
